ITW Shakeproof Type 25 Thread-Cutting Screw is
ideal
for use in plastics. It combines a wide cutting
slot
(featuring an acute cutting edge) with a specially
spaced thread.
This results in low driving torque, high stripping
torque
and extra free cutting action. Chips won't clog
in the
Type 25 and possibility of fracturing even the
most brittle plastic
is minimized. Need for costly threaded inserts
is often eliminated!
