Tufloks®
Screw-type Tuflok®
fasteners combine the many advantages of low cost, easily installed
plastic rivets with one important added feature – fast, easy removal
and reusability. For assembly they are inserted into the panels
and the threaded pin is simply pushed through the hollow shank of
the rivet. The threaded pin holds securely in the rivet, assuring
a tight assembly even in vibration environments.
To remove these fasteners for replacement or repair of the assembled
components, the threaded pin is simply backed out with a screwdriver.
Screw-type Tufloks are easily assembled by hand and are available
in round body styles, or square body styles for slotted panels.
