POP NUT

POP NUT blind rivet nuts are designed to be installed into sheet metal, extrusions and tubing from the front side of the work piece using lightweight hand held tools.

• Can be installed before or after finish is applied to the parent material.
• Con be installed anywhere on the assembly line with light weight tools.
• Will not heat warp or cause weld spatter in threads as with weld nuts.
• No dust, gas or other harmful vapors as with weld nuts.
• No capital equipment cost as with clinch nuts, pierce nuts or weld nuts.
• Provides greater strip resistance than sheet metal screws.
• Can be installed in tubes and extrusions improving joint appearance.
  
  

Blind installation

POP NUT blind rivet nuts are installed From
the front side of the work piece. This enables
them to be installed in closed tubing or
extrusions or sheet metal shapes that da not
have access to the backside.

No experience or skills needed

Installs before or after finish

POP NUT blind rivet nuts can be installed before or after Finish is applied to the parent material. The tool does not touch the parent material during installation so the parent material is not damaged during installation.
